Membership to Do Something Good Group is absolutely free. All we ask is that you do a Good Deed.  We believe that everyone has the ability to make a difference and every good deed and act of kindness makes the world a better place. The purpose of the Do Something Good group is to help you make a difference in a way that is fun, rewarding and fulfilling.

Getting Started is Easy - first read our Guidelines.  Then Do Something Good.  If you already know what you would like to do for your first good deed, great, you are ready to begin.   If you are not sure what you would like to do in order to make a difference, check out our Getting Started suggestions.   We also care about your continued success and have created material specifically for you, our group members, for your ongoing use.


Guidelines

1. Membership is absolutely free. To join I will do a Good Deed and enter it.

2. After joining, I will endeavor to Do Something Good on a weekly basis.

3. I will enter my good deeds at www.dosomethinggoodday.com by clicking on the Good Deeds tab.

4. I will share the good news about making a difference and Do Something Good.

Our guidelines are simple and create the basis for the success of the Do Something Good group. Now it is time to get started.

Getting Started

1. If you already know what you would like to do for your first good deed, great, you are ready to begin. Just complete your first good deed now.

2. If you are not sure where to begin, simply click on the Good Ideas tab. We have the following categories Volunteer, Support Peace, Help the Environment, Make a Difference.

3. Be sure and check out the Top Ten lists we have created to go along with Volunteer, Support Peace, Help the Environment, Make a Difference.

4. For further inspiration check out the Good Deeds done by people just like you.

5. Be mindful of opportunities which present themselves in order to give you a chance to Do Something Good.

Great!  You are now on your way to making a difference in the world!

Continued Success

2. Always have fun and enjoy the good that you are doing.

3. Print out your Giving Sheet, to keep track of all the good you have done. (Note - for Firefox and some other browsers - you may need to request a copy of the Giving Sheet.  Email us at Do Something Good Day to get a copy by email)

5. Know that we will send you useful and helpful information.

I found the best thing to my boyfriends birthday&hellip; It is really hard to find cool and still unique. So today I saw this thing from ZTARLET on facebook where you can name a real star in the sky and have the certificate and a teddy bear sent to you and pay it by a single SMS. George's Good Deed
